Do you have any hidden fees?

NO. We are upfront with our customers from the beginning. Extra fees may include but not limited to tolls, parking, fuel surcharge, baggage handling and overnight expenses.

Our group got turned away at the border because the provider we had was not permitted to operate in the United States, are you able to go across the border?

YES. We are fully licensed to take groups into Washington State and return them to BC.

How safe are your vehicles?

Our vehicles go through a safety inspection every 6 months. We also have a rigorous safety and maintenance schedule to ensure the vehicle is performing its best all of the time.

Can we drink alcohol on the vehicle?

A.

Alcohol is not legally permitted in any motor vehicle in BC.

What do you require for deposit?

A.

For 2 hour bookings we do not require a deposit. 3 or more hours requires a 25% non-refundable deposit. 1 hour direct transfers require a full payment.

What if I only require the vehicle for 1 hour?

A.

We can do a 1 hour direct transfer, but it comes at a premium booking charge.

What are the exceptions?

A.

Transfers to the airport and cruise ship are usually 1 hour, but also have a return trip on a different day. If you only require a one way, it is subject to the 1 hour premium booking charge.

What is the minimum number of hours required to book?

A.

We have a 2 hour minimum to book a vehicle for most trip types. Grad and weddings start at 3 hour consecutive minimum.  There are some exceptions.
